At The Indian Beard Club, we strive to provide high-quality men’s grooming products, including beard oils, waxes, washes, and grooming kits. We understand that there may be instances where a return or refund is required. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are applicable.

1. General Return & Refund Conditions

We accept returns and refunds in the following cases:

✅ Damaged or Defective Products – If the product is damaged during transit or is defective upon arrival.
✅ Incorrect Product Received – If the product received is different from what you ordered.
✅ Lost or Undelivered Orders – If your package is lost in transit or is undelivered beyond 14 business days from the expected delivery date.

🚨 Refunds/Returns are NOT applicable for:

🚫 Opened or Used Products – We do not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
🚫 Products Without Original Packaging – Items returned without their original box, seal, or labeling may be rejected.
🚫 Free Gifts or Promotional Items – Items received as part of a promotion or bundle discount are non-refundable individually.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

✅ Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with seals intact.
✅ Return request must be initiated within [7/10] days of receiving the product.
✅ For damaged or defective items, clear photos/videos must be provided as proof at the time of the request.
✅ Products purchased as part of a combo/kit must be returned as a complete set, not individually.

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or refunded once delivered:

❌ Opened Beard Oils, Waxes, Washes, or Balms – Due to hygiene and safety regulations applicable to cosmetic and personal care products.
❌ Used Trimmers or Grooming Tools – Once used, electronic/mechanical grooming tools cannot be returned unless found defective within the applicable warranty period.
❌ Sale or Clearance Items – Products purchased during a clearance or final-sale promotion, where explicitly marked as non-returnable.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

✅ If the product is out of stock after purchase, we will issue a full refund.
✅ If a return request is approved, we will issue a refund after inspecting the returned product.

🚨 Refunds will not be issued if:

❌ The product is used, opened, tampered with, or not in its original condition.
❌ The product shows signs of damage caused after delivery (not during transit).

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–15 business days after approval.

5. Return & Replacement Process

A. How to Initiate a Return

B. Return Shipping

For defective or incorrect products, we cover return shipping costs. For other return reasons (e.g., change of mind on an eligible unopened item), shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

6. Cancellation Policy

❌ Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
✅ Orders can be canceled free of charge any time before they are shipped — contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID to request cancellation.
